How to Download your data
We’re now offering the ability to backup some or all of your snippets via a LifeCap account. If you decided to backup with LifeCap we allow you to download your data as a part of our Privacy Basics.
To request a downloadable form of your personal data please follow these steps:
- Log into your account on our website,
- Click on the Account tab,
- Scroll down to the Request your personal data section,
- Click on the Request Download button.
We’ll confirm receipt of the request and process it as fast as possible. You’ll then receive a download link to a zipped file containing all the personal data we have on file for your account.
What if I don’t even have an account?
If you don’t have an account with us then all your video data is stored locally on your phone. The only thing we might have are support conversations if you’ve reached out to us in the past or your email address for our newsletter.
